The Art Garden Camping Site is built on the land of a mountain village that had slowly disappeared due to urbanization. It’s a unique camping site that also operates cottages and pensions. The location is about a 30-minute journey from Jeonju Hanok Village and is situated at the uppermost point of the Sumangli valley. The deep location within the mountains ensures a noise-free environment for peaceful relaxation.
Experience the Comfort and Tranquility
Our cottages are built with Hinoki cypress walls, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. The campsite goes completely dark at 10 pm, allowing for a serene sleep in the silence of the night. Surrounded by mountains and valleys, you can wake up to the sound of birds and the gurgling of the valley stream. Even in midsummer, the temperature is lower than in the city, providing a cool retreat. A hiking trail extends from behind the pension, and there’s a one-way 6 km walking path along the valley that takes about 2 hours to complete.
Facilities and Regulations
- Clean restrooms, sinks, and showers are available, with hot water provided 24 hours a day.
- Facilities like karaoke, table tennis, and billiards are available but require prior reservation.
- Pets are allowed, but owners must manage their leashes and waste.
