Sitting amidst the refreshing forest that blends perfectly with the Jecheon Stream is the wonderful site known as Uncle Camp. This camping ground is located in Bongyang-eup, Jecheon-si, Chungbuk. It’s about 12km from Jecheon City Hall and can be reached by driving alternately on Naeto-ro, Northern-ro, and Je-won-ro. The journey to this unique camping destination takes approximately 20 minutes.

Uncle Camp is the perfect summer vacation spot, thanks to its location next to the Jecheon Stream that originates from Mt. Chiak and flows through Jecheon. The site is not afraid of the hot summer sun, thanks to the trees planted around the camping site that provide a cool shade. The campsite has prepared 24 auto camping sites and 20 regular camping sites. Each site is made up of closed stones, measuring 6m in width and 8m in length. At each site, you can use individual fireplaces, electricity, and wireless internet. The entrance of personal trailers and caravans is allowed, with the usage fee being the same.

There are many famous tourist spots near the campsite, including Baeron Holy Land, Taksajeong, and Chiaksan Natural Recreation Forest. The surrounding area of Taksajeong has numerous restaurants, including Sattogarden, famous for its tofu dishes.
