The main room, or jeongchim, boasts a half-hipped roof and forms a unique ‘ㄱ’ shape with the storeroom. These traditional features provide a glimpse into the architectural heritage of the region.
Originally located in Sugok-dong, Andong-si, Suaedang Traditional House was relocated due to the construction of Imha Dam in 1987. However, this move only added to its allure, as it now sits on a flat piece of land with stunning panoramic views of the nearby lake.
