Welcome to Gouhan Farm Pension, a charming accommodation located in the picturesque seaside village of Deungnyangman in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do. As you approach our pension, you’ll be captivated by the stunning view of our round and colorful buildings nestled amidst a fragrant citron forest. It’s like stepping into a page from a children’s storybook.
One of the unique features of Gouhan Farm Pension is the opportunity to participate in activities centered around the use of citrons. The farm cultivates these citrus fruits, and guests can engage in various programs at our Citron Experience Hall. From farm visits to citron tea making classes, pomegranate tea making classes to fruit punch making classes, and even citron pizza making and candle making classes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Our pension offers five guest rooms, with the Dome House being our signature accommodation for families of four. This semi-circle-shaped building features a bathroom, kitchen, dining table, and a comfortable sofa. Additionally, we have a 100-square-meter multi-unit building that can accommodate up to 12 people. This building consists of two-room and one-room units, which can be booked separately depending on your group size. Each room is equipped with essential amenities such as a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, and microwave for your convenience.
While grilling is only permitted at the outdoor barbecue tables located in front of each pension building, we offer a range of recreational facilities for you to enjoy. Take advantage of our grass field where you can engage in friendly volleyball or foot volleyball matches, explore our scenic walking trail, relax on our observation deck, or bounce around on our outdoor trampoline.
As you venture beyond our pension, you’ll discover the breathtaking Daejeon Beach just a short five-minute walk away. This pristine beach stretches along with white sand and is surrounded by a dense pine forest, creating a tranquil environment for relaxation. A mere two minutes away, you’ll also find South Korea’s first meteorite site, which offers a fascinating glimpse into the wonders of our universe. And for nature enthusiasts, the Goheungman Cherry Blossom Street, featuring a remarkable 7.4-kilometer long cherry blossom tunnel, is just a five-minute drive away.
