Welcome to Dals Garden, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Korea. As you approach, you’ll be greeted by the charming blend of modernity and traditional Korean architecture. The elegant walls of the old house, combined with the lush garden beyond, create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will captivate your senses.
Step inside, and you’ll be enchanted by the vibrant display of flower plants and the expansive grass garden, which only adds to the excitement of your journey. The meticulously constructed Korean-style house boasts a narrow wooden porch, known as the Toenmaru, and pillars and tiles that gleam as if they are polished daily.
As you settle into one of the Moon Garden’s ten rooms, you’ll find yourself surrounded by comfort and tranquility. The two Special Rooms offer a bit more space and convenience with the inclusion of a sink. While cooking is not permitted within the rooms, you are welcome to enjoy simple food and beverages, as long as everything is cleaned up afterward. The single bed rooms are perfect for solo travelers or foreigners who may prefer a more familiar sleeping arrangement.
Convenience is also a highlight of Dals Garden, as it is only a three-minute journey to the Haeinsa Intercity Bus Stop. It’s important to note that in addition to the room rates, there is an admission fee to Haeinsa Temple and a parking fee, as our house is conveniently located on the way to this historic treasure. We highly recommend taking advantage of this proximity by exploring the temple grounds or embarking on a hike to nearby peaks like Mt. Maehwasan or Namsan Cheil Peak.
Dals Garden offers an unparalleled experience of traditional Korean beauty combined with modern comfort. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a cultural adventure, our charming abode will leave you with memories to treasure. We look forward to welcoming you to Dals Garden, your home away from home.
