The camping site is strategically located near the Ssangyong Valley, a popular tourist attraction in Mungyeong, attracting many visitors who come to enjoy both camping and water activities during the hot summer months.

Amenities and Features

The Sunflower Camping Site offers 33 regular campgrounds, all gravelled and varying in size. Campers can choose from sites measuring 5.5m x 6.5m or 6.5m x 7.5m. Both personal caravans and trailers are allowed, making it a versatile camping space. The campsite operates throughout the year, except for a brief closure from January to February.

The surrounding area is rich in tourist resources, including Ssangyong Valley, Janggak Waterfall, and Songnisan National Park. There are also several restaurants nearby where campers can enjoy a variety of dishes.
