Songjiho Auto Campground
Located on the Songjiho Beach, Songjiho Auto Campground is one of the representative camping spots around the East Sea. This unique Korean campground allows you to simultaneously appreciate and experience the mountains, sea, and lake all in one place.
Overview
With the lush pine forest surrounding Songjiho, the proud bamboo island standing in front of the sea, and the clean, wide sandy beach that the campground’s private beach has, it’s a camping experience like no other. Just across the road from the campground is Songjiho Lake. Close by, there are numerous large and small harbors where you can enjoy sea fishing and fresh raw fish, making it an excellent location for a combined trip.
Not only is the campground situated right in front of a beach, but it also has a capacity of 100 cars, 90 camping sites, 10 log cabins, a sandy beach, showers, toilets, and drinking water facilities. The location also boasts of near tourist attractions like Wanggok Village, Hwajinpo, and the Unification Observatory.

Aside from the direct access to the beach, the campground is also an excellent location for activities such as watching the sunrise, playing in the water during the summer, and walking paths.
