Pine Sound Campground, known as ‘솔내음 야영장’ in Korean, is a large-scale camping ground nestled in a pine forest in front of Chunjangdae Beach. This picturesque location will guarantee a camping experience filled with refreshing ambiance.
Getting There
The Pine Sound Campground is located in Seo-myeon, Seocheon-gun, Chungnam. It’s approximately 20km away from the Seocheon County Office. By car, it’s a 30-minute drive along the Seocheon, Chungseo, and Seo-in routes. The campground is conveniently positioned near Chunjangdae Beach, one of the major tourist spots in Seocheon. Thanks to its pine forest setting, you can fully enjoy the refreshing feel of camping.
Facilities and Amenities
The campground boasts 200 car camping spots, with no specified site size, making it easy to set up large tents. Reservations operate on a first-come-first-serve basis, but even during peak season, the campground typically accommodates around 100 tents, so you don’t need to worry about not finding a spot. A great advantage is that you have the freedom to enter and leave the campground at any time outside of the peak season.
