Sky Cloud Auto Campground: Fusion of Korean Nature and Adventure
Located in the peaceful county of Baekwoon-myeon, Jecheon City, Sky Cloud Auto Campground boasts a unique blend of traditional camping and auto camping. From Jecheon City Hall, it’s approximately a 26-kilometer drive, taking about 40 minutes. The campground has two entrances, and regardless of which one you choose, remember to drive safely.
Campground Features and Layout
The campground is divided into 60 traditional camping sites and 60 auto camping sites. The site dimensions vary, with options for 4m x 3m or 6m x 8m, most of which are crushed stone. Personal trailers and caravans are also allowed, though special fees may apply. The campground operates in spring, summer, and fall, closing for the winter from December to February.
Surroundings and Nearby Activities
The campground is a stone’s throw away from the National Baekwoon Mountain Natural Recreation Forest, Chiaksan Natural Recreation Forest, and Pinocchio Natural Recreation Forest. There are also local restaurants serving delicious Korean cuisine nearby. Summer activities include water sports and more, adding to the fun and thrill of your camping experience.
