Sky Lily Campground: A Fulfilling Camping Experience in the Heart of the Forest Valley
Escape the city’s hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the idyllic setting of Sky Lily Campground, located in Jukgok-myeon, Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do. The campground is a comfortable 18km away from the Gokseong County Office, an easy 25-minute drive along the Central Road, Gokgo Road, and Seomjin River Road.
While it may be a small campground located near the Seomjin River, Sky Lily Campground offers a rich and fulfilling experience. The valley that extends in front of the campground is the perfect refuge from the scorching heat of the summer, complete with two swimming pools. The campground features 10 general campsites, all with deck flooring for added comfort. There are two separate bathroom and shower facilities for men and women, and a single dishwashing station.
Just a stone’s throw away from the campground is a multipurpose experiential learning center operated by the village, offering a range of activities for campers to enjoy. The campground’s vicinity is also teeming with popular tourist attractions in Gokseong, such as the Dorimsa Valley, the Seomjin River Train Village, and the bustling Seomjin River. You can also indulge in a culinary adventure with numerous restaurants operating in the area.
