The Dining Experience

The Sunbihyang experience was initiated in 1997 as a space to experience food culture using feijoas. Here, you can savor a selection of wholesome dishes prepared with local Jeongeup specialties such as Korean beef. All meals are meticulously crafted without artificial seasonings, using only house-made sauces and enzymes. The goal is to provide a nutritious and refined ‘seonbi’ dining experience.

Our Commitment

Our slogan, “올곳은 선비정신이 깃든 고품격 상차림” translates to “This is a high-quality table setting imbued with the spirit of scholars”. We stay true to this commitment by creating a dining experience that embodies the ethos of the Korean scholars, promoting a mindful, healthy, and respectful approach to food.
