Papyrus Campground
The Papyrus Campground is a unique blend of auto camping and glamping, nestled in the Youngjung-myeon area of Pocheon city in Gyeonggi Province. Located about a 30-minute drive from Pocheon City Hall towards Youngjung-myeon Office, the last 300 meters of the journey are on an unpaved road, so caution is advised. As you enter the well-maintained flat camping ground, you will be greeted by the refreshing sight of well-planted trees.
Facilities and Offerings
The campground offers 15 spaces for auto camping, permitting the use of electricity and fire pits. For those who prefer the comfort of glamping, there are 10 designated spaces, fully equipped with a bed, electric rice cooker, dishes, and an icebox. Glamping guests can choose a food package for two, which for 40,000 won, provides dinner comprising 400g of pork ribs, 350g of wine pork belly, chicken skewers, sausage, corn, fish cake, and more. Breakfast offerings include ramen, instant rice, eggs, and mixed coffee.
Additionally, the campground also features a swimming pool and walking trails, making it a perfect spot for summer water fun and leisurely strolls.
