Palgongsan Glamping Site
Palgongsan Glamping, or 팔공산글램핑 in Korean, translates to ‘Glamping in the Mountain of Eight Sides’, which is a site nestled next to a brook, surrounded by a forest. This sanctuary is located in Dongmyeon, Chilgok County, North Gyeongsang Province, approximately 24km from the county office.
Getting There and Features
It takes roughly 40 minutes to reach the location by car via Seokjeon Road, Gyeongbuk Road, and Namwon Road. The glamping site offers 11 different units, each strategically placed to provide a relatively private camping experience. Each unit is equipped with a bed, air conditioner, fan, sink, cooking utensils, fridge, table, and chairs. During winter, heating equipment is available for rent from the management office. The campsite operates year-round and doesn’t differentiate between weekdays and weekends. Reservation can be made online in real-time.
