Nature Love Campground
The Nature Love Campground, or 자연애캠핑장 in Korean, is a camper’s paradise filled with enriching rural activities. Located in Gyesan-ri, Goesan-eup, Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, it’s a mere 20-minute drive from the Goesan County Office, taking a route through Imgeokjeong-ro, Munmu-ro, and Neungchon-ro.
Experience Nature at Its Best
The campground is set in a picturesque rural village beside the Dalcheon River, offering a plethora of natural experiences. It features 60 general camping sites made of crushed stones, each measuring 10m in width and 12m in length. These sites are well shaded by trees, making them comfortable even during the hot summer months. Each site is equipped with a fireplace and has access to electricity, making it suitable for personal trailers and caravans. Do note that there’s an additional fee of 5,000 won for these facilities.
This campground operates throughout the year, and reservations can be made via phone or online in real time. Regardless of size, pets are allowed, so feel free to bring along your furry friend.
Attractions and Activities
Nearby, you’ll find a shrine honoring General Kim Si-min who set up a military base during the Imjin War. Food lovers will be thrilled to find a restaurant named Eoreumgol Spring, serving delicious duck soup made with a wild vegetable called Jichukgae.
Additionally, the campground offers various activities like fishing and water play during summer.
