Meet the Hare and the Tortoise at Vito National Leisure Campsite: The Hometown of Korean Folklore Story The Pleiades

Vito National Leisure Campground

Vito Campground

Meet the rabbit and the turtle in the hometown of ‘Byeoljubujeon’ at Vito National Leisure Campground.

Introduction

Vito National Leisure Campground is a place liberated from the noise and exhaust fumes of cars. With car access prohibited within the campsite, you can park your car at the entry parking lot and call the management office to have a golf cart come and pick you up. Children are often thrilled and entertained during their first golf cart ride to the campsite.

The campground is divided into three areas. The Jara zone is for general camping, the Yonggung zone is for general camping and glamping, while the Rabbit zone offers caravan and glamping options. For caravan and glamping, you only need to bring food as everything else you need is provided. Each site has its own terrace for barbecue parties.

In the summer, there is a children’s water play area for a cool and fun summer experience. As cars are not allowed within the campground, children can freely run and play. On the beach, there is a deck for romantic strolls with a view of the sea. Although there is no concession stand, charcoal, firewood, butane gas, and grills are sold.
