Dragonfly Camping Ground
Nestled halfway up a mountain, the Dragonfly Camping Ground offers a stunning view and a peaceful retreat in the heart of the forest. The site is conveniently located in Byelnae-myeon, Namyangju, making it easily accessible from anywhere in the metropolitan area without the hassle of traffic congestion. The name ‘Dragonfly’ is an old term for a resting place, symbolizing tranquility and relaxation.
What to Expect
Being located away from the main roads and halfway up a mountain, this camping ground provides a serene environment where you can truly unwind as if you are healing in the woods. The highlight of this camping ground is the enchanting view of the mountains below, thanks to its relatively high location.
The camping site can accommodate around 40 tents in total. There are also five spaces for tents right next to the outdoor swimming pool. Since it was recently opened, the overall facilities are clean. The office building is equipped with a convenience store, toilets, showers, washing stands, and shelters. A trampoline set up next to the camping site serves as a playground for children. The rooftop of the office building, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area, is a perfect dining place for small groups.
