Hillside Campground
The Hillside Campground, or 힐사이드캠핑장, is a pristine auto camping site nestled within a fortress-like ambiance of a mountain forest. Located in Munbak-myeon, Jincheon County, Chungbuk, it is only about 7 kilometers away from the Jincheon County Office. The journey to the campground by car, passing through Munhwa-ro, Baekgok-ro, and Saenggeojincheon-ro, takes approximately 10 minutes.
The campground gives off a sense of being tucked away in a mountain fortress. Behind the campground, a lush forest trail provides a delightful walking experience. The cleanliness of the facilities is quite impressive. The campground offers 65 auto camping sites, all made of crushed stone. The sites vary in size, with 40 sites measuring 7m by 8m, and 25 sites measuring 10m by 10m. Both personal trailers and caravans are allowed. The management office provides camping equipment for rent, such as reel lines, fire pits, and heating equipment. The campground operates mainly on weekends and is open all year round.
