A Culinary Journey with Ga-Hyang
With the slogan “A dignified healing table blended with the family tradition”, Ga-Hyang (가향) sets the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey. Representative Park Hyungdul, despite her petite stature, is known for her excellent character and culinary skills. Born into a wealthy family in Jinju City, Gyeongnam as the fourth daughter, she married into a prestigious family, making her mark with her cooking abilities.
She chose the theme of herbal food for her restaurant and dedicated herself to learning about it. Despite starting late, she managed to earn a global certification in herbal medicine, further cementing her expertise in the field. Demonstrating a tenacious spirit, she enrolled in university at an age when most would be contemplating retirement and even obtained a teacher’s certificate. Her efforts to continue her studies in graduate school underline her commitment to becoming a top culinary expert, backed by theory, practical skills, and experience.
