Getting There
Starting from the Cheongseong County Office, the campground is roughly 36km away. A 50-minute drive via Cheongsong Road, Banglojeong Road, and Sungdeok Dam Road will get you there. The campground is situated right near the Sungdeok Dam, a pristine area known for its otter sightings.
Campground Features
The campground offers 30 car camping spots and three caravans. The car camping spots are divided into crushed stone, deck, and gravel areas. The site sizes vary, with 16 sites measuring 10m by 8m, 7 sites measuring 7m by 4m, and 7 sites measuring 13m by 8m. Please note that the campground is closed annually from January to February.

Take a stroll along the walking path to truly appreciate the grandeur of Sungdeok Dam. If you’re lucky, you might even spot an otter! The dam also features a shallow water area where kids and adults can safely enjoy water activities. The campground is surrounded by rich tourist resources such as the Shinseong Valley, Baekseoktan Valley, and Cheongsong Natural Recreation Forest, making it easy to plan a comprehensive trip.
