Happiness Forest Experience Center
The Happiness Forest Experience Center is an auto camping site located in Noeun-myeon, Chungju-si, Chungbuk, allowing various experiences in nature.
Introduction
Located about 21km away from Chungju City Hall, the Happiness Forest Experience Center can be reached by car in about 35 minutes via Chungwon-daero, Tan-geum-daero, and Gamno-ro. Here, you can enjoy camping in the midst of nature thanks to its forest setting. The site offers a variety of activities, including woodworking and ecological forest experiences.
The campground is equipped with 12 general camping sites made of decks. The sizes of the sites vary, with six of them measuring 4m by 6m and the other six measuring 3m by 4m. The ample space between sites is one of its attractive features, allowing for a relaxed camping experience. Please note that using a grill is not allowed, but electricity is available. Personal trailers and caravans are not allowed to enter. The campground operates all year round, and reservations can be made online in real-time.
There are numerous attractions near the campground, including the Munsung Natural Recreation Forest and the Zip Line Chungju. The area is also home to the famous Chinese restaurant, Junganggwan, known for its abalone jjamppong.
