Golden Crown Forest Campground
The Golden Crown Forest Campground, or ‘금관숲 캠핑장’ in Korean, is a hidden gem nestled in Miwon, Sangdang-gu, Cheongju City, North Chungcheong Province. Located about 30 km from the Cheongju City Hall, this camping site is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Campground Features
The campground features 39 auto camping sites. All sites have crushed stone flooring and measure about 5.5m in width and 7-8m in length. The campground restricts vehicle access within the campground for safety reasons. However, they provide rental rear cars to transport your gear. The campground also operates a day picnic area. You can come in at any time in the morning and leave before 8 PM. Small dogs are allowed to accompany, provided they are leashed.
