About Gyolae Ecological Experience Field
Located in Gyolae-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju City, the Gyolae Ecological Experience Field is an expansive camping ground situated on a vibrant, grassy field. This natural recreational forest is established in the 2.3 million ㎡ area of Gyolae Forest, offering campers an opportunity to experience Jeju’s natural ecology. Known for its mix of tropical and temperate plants, it’s an excellent place for children to frolic and delight in the natural environment.
The Gyolae Ecological Experience Field is equipped with a camping ground, an outdoor stage, and traditional cottages – all of which are available for accommodations. Surrounding the area are various attractions such as Jeju Stone Culture Park and Saryeoni Forest Path. The forest is renowned for its vascular plants, abundant in large ferns and bracken ferns. With a 3㎡ exploration path, a 15㎡ forest ecological observation path, and a trail course, campers can indulge in the deep sections of the forest.
