Tiger Camping Gapyeong Branch
Nestled along the edges of Cheongpyeong Lake is the splendid Tiger Camping, Gapyeong branch. Originally a learning center for the Kyowon Group, this site has been transformed into a camping ground for travel enthusiasts.
Location and Surroundings
The Tiger Camping Gapyeong branch is located right in front of the Kyowon Group’s Vision Center, along the banks of Cheongpyeong Lake. When you head towards Seorak from Cheongpyeong Dam, you’ll find this picturesque camping site.
Although some of the surrounding facilities may seem a bit aged, they add a touch of nostalgia to the overall camping experience. Out of the 12 glamping tents available, only 3 are located alongside the lake while the rest are built on the hillside. The camping site is also conveniently located near a water ski jetty, adding to its charm and offering the opportunity for guests to try out water skiing.
