Taean Laon Camping Site
Today, I’m excited to introduce the Taean Laon Camping Site, a haven for campers and nature lovers. The site is located in the Wonbuk district of Taean County, Chungnam Province. The journey to the campsite from Taean County Hall takes roughly 30 minutes, passing through Dongbaek Road, Wonee Road, and Okpa Road in that order.
The Taean Laon Camping Site is a perfect vacation spot, primarily because of its location right in front of the Gurye-po beach. As you enter the campsite, you will be greeted by a well-maintained auto camping site and caravans. The auto camping site, made of crushed stone, has 32 sites, each measuring 4m x 5m. Facilities such as electricity, wireless internet, and a fireplace are available for use. Private trailers and caravans are also welcome, with fees equivalent to the auto camping site usage fee.

The campsite operates three caravans, each equipped with a bed, washstand, cooking utensils, and cooking tools. A camping table and chairs are set up under a tarp outside. Small dogs are allowed. Perhaps the best feature of the Taean Laon Camping Site is its proximity to the beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

Visitors can also tour nearby attractions such as the Taean Sinduri Coastal Sand Dune, Sinduri Beach, and Taean Port. There are plenty of seafood restaurants in the area, adding to the joy of a gourmet getaway. Additionally, summer water activities are also a must-try when camping here.
