This campsite is operated by Mountain Cottage Pension, located alongside the road. The auto campsite is located just below the pension. Far from the road, you can enjoy noise-free, serene camping in a site that spans 1,920㎡, with 30 auto campsites made up of crushed stone. The campsite is a flat area, making it comfortable to walk around. Plus, the abundant trees provide enough shade, so there’s no need for separate awnings. You can even hang your laundry between the trees!

Nestled between the mountains and the fields, alongside a creek, the Jirisan Mountain Cottage Campsite offers a view of Jirisan Cheonwangbong Peak. If you feel like taking a dip while camping, you can head straight to the nearby creek. However, be cautious in areas with deep water. The creek has a sandy bottom, which is safe for even children to play. Notably, this spot is famous for freshwater fishing and catching marsh snails.

Please note that the campsite is closed from November to March, and only operates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Be sure to call in advance if you plan to visit.
