Myungdon Valley Campground
Experience the true essence of camping in a verdant pine forest at the Myungdon Valley Campground. A splendid stream for water play is just a bonus.
Overview
The campground offers both an auto camping site close to the stream and a pine camping site boasting a lush array of pine and zelkova trees. In addition, they operate a camping bungalow and a pension with a view of the stream. The camping site set in the dense pine forest provides cool shade to beat the summer heat, and most of the other sites have trees tall enough to support tents, making it easy to set up a campsite with a tarp. Notably, there are 3 common water points, 2 toilets, and 1 shower, and they are well-maintained. There is also a dryer and a microwave available.
Activities and Facilities
Below the campground, there is a stream with abundant clear water, where campers can enjoy boating, water play, and fishing along with camping. A large swimming pool and a mini water slide are also available. For kids, there’s a toy car race track, a game room, a movie theater, a children’s library, and a foot volleyball court. The management office, which doubles as a convenience store, is equipped with various camping necessities to supplement any camper’s unpreparedness.
