Hyurim Camping Ground in Namyangju

Located in Sudong-myeon, Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, Hyurim Camping Ground is a healing camping site abundant with shade thanks to its lush forest. The towering Metasequoia trees in front of the management building and the Bald Cypress trees in the first campsite provide generous shade. The forest is dense and the forest walking path is exquisite. There are also many pear trees, giving campers the joy of harvesting.

Accommodation and Facilities

The Hyurim camping site is made up of crushed stone and decks. It mainly consists of fairly large sites measuring 6x9m. During the summer, a swimming pool is in operation, making it an ideal place for children to play in the water. The state of management of all convenience facilities, including toilets, shower rooms, and washing stands, is excellent, earning high praise from users. The shower room is spacious, clean, and the hot water is reliable. A communal microwave oven is placed at the washing stand, making it very convenient. Opposite the management building, there is a mini-library in a pavilion, which serves as a resting place for children. It’s sufficient as a reading or simple play space.
