Introduction
The Star Camping Ground is nestled in Unmoon-myeon, Cheongdo County, North Gyeongsang Province. It’s about 41 kilometers away from the Cheongdo County Office. A drive along Cheongryero and Unmoonro will take you there, within approximately an hour. This campsite is strategically located in Samgyeri Valley, an ideal spot for water fun during the summer holidays. The shallow depth of the water ensures the safety of all age groups. The campsite has 36 car camping sites. Each site, paved with crushed stone, has a uniform size of 7m by 8m. Personal trailers and caravans are allowed, and small dogs are permitted to enter the campsite. The campsite is closed from December to February every year, but during the rest of the year, it is open on both weekdays and weekends. Nearby attractions include Unmunsa, Unmun Mountain County Park, and Gajisan Provincial Park, making it easy to plan a combined tour. A variety of restaurants in the vicinity will satisfy your culinary cravings.
