After a scenic drive along the beautiful coastal road from Nammyeon Gacheon Terraced Village, you’ll arrive at Wolpo Beach, known for its pebble spectacle and warm local hospitality. Wolpo Beach has maintained its natural beauty, making it a popular destination for families thanks to its soft sand, gentle slope, and shallow depth, perfect for children to swim in.
Wolpo Beach features a pine forest created as a windbreak, with a beach where pebbles and sand harmoniously intermingle. The left side of the beach is made up of large rocks forming a unique beach scene known as Gokdubang, not only renowned for its scenery but also as a famous sea fishing spot. There are many fishing spots in the surrounding area, known for their excellent bites and diversified fish species, attracting many fishing enthusiasts.
The campsite is shaded by pine trees, providing natural coolness. Deck sites are placed towards the seafront, allowing you to camp while enjoying the sea view. Site fees are affordable, with additional charges for electricity and showers.
