Gyeryongsan Donghaksa Car Camping Site
Located in the heart of the National Park of Gyeryongsan, the Donghaksa Car Camping Site offers the perfect getaway for those seeking a nature-friendly camping experience.
The campsite is situated in Banpo-myeon, Gongju-si, about 22km from Gongju City Hall. It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the campsite by car, following Muryeong-ro, Geumbyeok-ro, and Donghaksa 1-ro in that order. Thanks to its proximity to the road and its construction within a forest, the campsite offers easy access and a chance to enjoy camping in harmony with nature.
The campsite has 22 general camping sites made of bare soil, each measuring 5m by 8m. Campers can utilize the grill area, electricity, and wireless internet. However, personal trailers and caravans are not allowed. The campsite operates only in spring, summer, and autumn, and reservations can be made only online in real time.
While there is no shop on the campsite, there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to purchase necessary camping supplies. Please note that pets are not allowed. The campsite is surrounded by tourist attractions such as Donghaksa and Gyeryongsan Pottery Village, making it ideal for an integrated tour. In addition, there are several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy your favorite dishes.
