Run by a farmer’s family, the restaurant’s main theme revolves around the Chusa Bob Sang (추사밥상), a culinary concept inspired by the food stories of the renowned scholar, Kim Jeong-hee. The restaurant serves dishes primarily made from vegetables and fruits such as apples and gourds grown in their own nearby farm.
