Immerse yourself in authentic Korean culture and cuisine at Sikdorak Dubu Village, a charming restaurant nestled in the heart of Jeonbuk Gochang-gun’s Gosu-myeon neighborhood. The restaurant’s name translates to ‘the village of tofu delight’, which perfectly showcases their specialty—delicious, traditional Korean tofu dishes.

A Rich Heritage
The establishment is run by Kim Han-sung, a respected figure within the local community. Upon returning to his hometown in 2009, Kim has held prominent roles such as the Chairman of Gochang-gun Return to Farming and Return to Hometown Association. His dedication to preserving the area’s cultural heritage led him to inherit the 50-year-old traditional tofu making technique from the esteemed artisan, Lee Jung-rye.
