A Historic Relocation and Rebuilding
Originally situated in Hyeonjongsan Mountain in Hyeonjong, Mangyangjeong Pavilion was moved to its current location in 1858. Over the years, it has been meticulously preserved and rebuilt, with the latest restoration taking place in 1958. As you ascend the hill where the pavilion proudly stands, you will be surrounded by majestic pine trees, creating a serene atmosphere. From this vantage point, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Wangpicheon Stream as it gracefully flows towards the glistening sea.
