The Cheongpyeong Multisensory Campsite, a small-scale camping spot right in front of Cheongpyeong Lake, is truly the best!
Location and Accessibility
The campsite is located in front of Camp Tong Island on Cheongpyeong Lake, in the Cheongpyeong district of Gapyeong County, Gyeonggi Province. It’s surrounded by the inland lake, Cheongpyeongho, and is scattered with numerous water leisure companies nearby. Access by public transportation (bus operation) is possible, but it’s recommended to drive. Following the Cheongpyeong Lake drive course, you can easily reach the campsite.
Facilities and Amenities
The site operates 7 general camping areas. There are 5 decks on the campsite, which is a small-scale camping site. With the adjacent Cheongpyeong Lake in front, the night view is excellent. There’s a separate space for campfires and barbecues, and trees with dense foliage form a forest, providing basic shade. The site also operates a cafe and a guesthouse. Individual water taps are located within the site, and toilets and showers can be used in the guesthouse building.
