True to its slogan “A new transformation of farmhouse delights” (농가맛집의 새로운 변신), Cafe Sunbi Flower initially served local dishes using indigenous beans known as Buseoktae. This commitment to local produce and tradition takes centre stage in the restaurant.
In an effort to create a menu that everyone, young and old, would enjoy, they switched their main dish to a pork cutlet (or “Donkatsu”) made from locally sourced pork. The result is a menu filled with dishes that stimulate nostalgia, ushering in a wave of 30-40 year-olds eager to share their childhood flavors with their young children.
