Located in the upper reaches of the Byeongjibang valley, the Byeongjibang Auto Campground is a large public campground stretching along the valley. This expansive site boasts 119 camping spots, including 37 at San Duitgol, 56 at Yangjimal, and 26 at Danggeori. Operated by Hoengseong County, it is a campers’ paradise that offers diverse facilities and amenities.

  • Facilities: The campground is well-equipped with restrooms, shower facilities, rest areas, drinking fountains, a water park, and sports facilities. With its walking trails and open spaces adorned with animal sculptures and character benches, it caters particularly well to families with children.
  • Attractions: The campground also features mirror pillars in a pine tree area, serving as a photo zone, and a pond trick art next to the pavilion, adding visual fun for visitors.
  • Location: The Byeongjibang valley where the campground is located is a 6km stretch of clear water flowing through it. With the Eodab Mountain hiking trail right next to it, the campground offers various outdoor activities for visitors.
