Bongsudae Auto Camping Site
Bongsudae Auto Camping Site, translating to Bongsudae Auto Camping Site in English, is set in the pristine beach of Jukwang-myeon in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do. A short 15-minute drive from Sokcho IC on the East Sea Expressway will bring you to this haven. The camping site is well-known for its location on Bongsudae Beach, which has long been a military area and is famous for its clean beaches. This makes it a delightful spot to enjoy summer beach activities and marine sports.
The auto camping site has 84 spots, offering parking spaces, electricity facilities, and wooden tables. Despite the large number of sites, six washstands are conveniently located throughout the area for easy access. Additionally, there are four restrooms and shower rooms, two for each gender. The 10 caravans on site are all positioned to provide a view of Bongsudae Beach. Each caravan is equipped with a wooden table and chairs for outdoor barbecues. Inside, you’ll find beds, heating and cooling systems, washstands, refrigerators, TVs, cooking utensils, tableware, toilets, and showers.
