About the Campsite
Located in Suryun-myeon, Seongju-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the Baekwoondong Car Campsite is approximately 23km from Seongju County Office. The campsite can be reached by car, passing through Chambyeol-ro, Gaya-ro, and Seongju Gayasan-ro, with an estimated travel time of about 30 minutes. Thanks to its location inside Gayasan National Park, campers can fully immerse themselves in nature. The site is also surrounded by trees providing cool shade, making it perfect for summer camping. The campsite is filled with 27 auto camping sites made from crushed stone, seamlessly blending with the forest. Each site measures 5m by 7m. The camping season runs from spring to autumn, and the site closes from late November until March 31. Reservations can be made on-site or online in real-time. While there isn’t a convenience store on the premises, there’s a supermarket nearby for shopping needs.
