Camp Aroma: A Pet-Friendly Glamping and Caravan Site
Camp Aroma, or 캠프향기 in Korean, is a charming retreat nestled in the eastern district of Daejeon Metropolitan City. This unique camping site, surrounded by mountains, offers a harmonious blend of nature-loving camping experiences, glamping, and caravaning, with a special focus on pet-friendly accommodations.
Getting There
Starting from the Daejeon City Hall, a 40-minute drive through the Magnolia intersection and Wolgye intersection will get you to Camp Aroma. The location, embraced by the forest, ensures a serene environment for campers to enjoy the natural surroundings.
Accommodations
The campsite boasts nine glamping units and six caravans. Out of the nine glamping units, five are pet-friendly, each enclosed within a private fenced area. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW is charged per pet, with a maximum of two pets permitted per unit. However, only pets weighing less than 20 kg are allowed.
Both glamping units and caravans come equipped with a bed, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a hot water boiler. The caravans are creatively set up on the rooftop of a two-story cafe building, offering a unique camping experience. There is no significant difference in the facilities provided in the glamping units and the caravans.

There are various attractions around Camp Aroma, including the Manisan Natural Recreation Forest and the Sangso-dong Forest Bath, making it easy to plan a combined trip. The Starry Sky Restaurant, which serves chicken, duck dishes, ribs, and cold noodles, is also nearby.
