Donggang Village Auto Camping Site in Cheongyang
The Donggang Village Auto Camping Site, located in Cheongnam-myeon, Cheongyang-gun, South Chungcheong Province, is a charming and captivating camping spot spread along the banks of the Geum River. The journey from Cheongyang County office, through Chilgap Mountain Road and Geum River Road, to the campsite takes about 35 minutes.
Although it is not possible to access the river for water sports, the scenic beauty of the Geum River can be fully enjoyed from the campsite, making it a truly fascinating experience. The campsite boasts of 42 auto camping sites, covered in lush green grass. The A-zone has 18 sites, each 10m x 10m, and the B-zone has sites of 5m x 8m dimension. The sites are well-partitioned and spacious, ensuring a private camping experience.

One of the key features of this campsite is its advantageous location by the river. Even though water sports are not facilitated, being able to camp right by the river is a unique benefit. There isn’t a convenience store on the site, but a large mart located just a 10-minute drive away ensures that campers face no inconvenience.
