Yesan Zelkova Tree Campground: A Nature-Friendly Camping Experience in the Forest
Yesan Zelkova Tree Campground is a nature-friendly camping site located in Sinyang-myeon, Yesan County, South Chungcheong Province. About 15 km from Yesan County Office, you can reach the campground by driving through Hyeongjegogae, Chadong Road, and Chadong Songjeong Road, in about 20 minutes.
Nestled in a forest full of phytoncide, the campground offers a cool and comfortable camping experience even in the midsummer thanks to the natural shade. The wide spaces between the campsites are one of its main attractions as it allows for a private camping experience.
The campground is equipped with 50 general camping sites, 48 of which have crushed stone floors and 2 have decks. The site sizes vary, with widths ranging from 6 to 7m and lengths from 7 to 13m. Both individual trailers and caravans are allowed. The campground is open all year round, weekdays and weekends alike, and reservations can be made online in real time.
