Located right at the entrance of the scenic Sobaeksan National Park, the Sunny Valley Auto Camping Site is a harmonious blend of valley and forest. This area was once the residence of scholar Song Si-yeol during the reign of King Sukjong of the Joseon Dynasty, who was inspired by the beautiful natural landscape of Hwayang Valley.
The camping site is nestled next to a stream and Hwayang Valley, offering various attractions such as water play in the valley, trekking courses in Hwayang Valley, hiking trails in Do-myeong Mountain and the memorial hall of Song Si-yeol.
