Run and maintained directly by the city of Suncheon, the facility boasts cleanliness and affordable usage fees. Even the cabins with electricity and heating are available at a price in the 30,000 Won range, making it quite popular. However, it’s essential to know that only online pre-reservation is available. So, if you plan to visit, make sure to reserve in advance for your desired dates.
Being located within Suncheon Natural Recreation Forest, the campsite doesn’t only offer camping but also lets visitors interact with nature and use facilities unique to the recreation forest. You can enjoy a stroll within the forest, breathing in the fresh air, and there’s also a forest rest area (dome house) for refuge from potential hazardous weather conditions like rain, snow, and strong winds. Here, you can relax while reading a book. Especially, the Indian house and sand playground are favorites among children, making it a recommended venue for families with kids.
