Mountain Village Auto Camping Site
The Mountain Village Auto Camping Site (산촌오토캠핑장) is a place where campers can experience and appreciate nature in its purest form. Located at the foot of Wangbangsan and Chilbongsan, this camping site used to be a playground facility, but has since been converted into a camping site – a change that has been welcomed by campers who can now enjoy ample space.
Introduction
Though the playground facilities are no longer available, the Mountain Village Auto Camping Site has been favored for its spaciousness. It comprises of both a glamping site and a camping site with over 50 sites made up of crushed stone and deck. For children, there’s an artificial grass sports field where they can engage in various sports like baseball, badminton, foot volleyball, and volleyball with their dads. In summer, there’s a nearby valley where you can alternate between the camping site and the valley to enjoy water activities. Indoor facilities such as a ping-pong room, a billiard room, and a reading room are also available, ensuring there’s plenty to enjoy even in the rain or snow. The vegetable garden offers fresh vegetables that campers can pick for free. With cherry trees, cornelian cherries, and Odi trees within reach around the campsite, it’s overflowing with food. Among campers, it’s known as the best value-for-money camping site. Personal caravans and pets are also allowed.
