Deokdong Valley Auto Campground
There is a hidden treasure located approximately 25 kilometers from Jecheon City Hall, tucked in the Baekun area of Jecheon City, Chungcheongbuk-do. It’s called the Deokdong Valley Auto Campground. This camping spot is a perfect summer getaway, nestled right next to the renowned Deokdong Valley, known for its clear water and cooling shades. Best of all, the valley is only a stone’s throw away from the campsite, making it a prime location for water play and camping indulgence. The journey to reach this scenic spot takes roughly 30 minutes by car, traversing through the Natoro, Bukburo, and Guhak Mountain roads.
Features of Deokdong Valley Auto Campground
The campground is divided into five zones, providing 32 auto camping spaces. These are further split into 20 crushed stone spaces and 12 deck spaces. With dimensions of 10m by 8m, the sites are spacious and comfortable. Each site is equipped with an individual fireplace and electricity, making your camping experience convenient and enjoyable. The campground is open to personal trailers and caravans, with the caravan usage fee being the same as the auto camping fee. For those bringing along their furry friends, small dogs are allowed.
