Nestled within the beautiful and serene Daewoon Mountain in Yangsan city, the Daewoon Mountain Natural Rest Area is a haven for nature lovers.

The rest area offers access to clear streams, famous hiking trails, and beautiful walking paths that follow the open forest. It’s not just about the magnificent scenery though; the rest area is well-equipped with a forest culture rest center, 16 forest houses, 5 caravans, and 101 camping decks. Reservations can be conveniently made online, and on the day, if facilities are available, payment can be made on site.
Reservation and Usage Information
- The deck can be used from 12:00 pm on the day of reservation until 11:00 am the next day.
- The guest rooms can be used from 2:00 pm on the day of reservation until 11:00 am the next day.
- Please note that if the person making the reservation and the person checking in are different, there may be restrictions on checking in. Make sure to bring your ID.
- For the camping deck, you can choose between a regular deck and an electric deck. An extension cord is needed for the electric deck.
- Parking fees are charged separately and only card payment is possible.
- The fees are very affordable and it is a popular place for day trips, so competition can be fierce.
- Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited, but guests using the rooms can use the barbecue area during the period from May to October.
