Dreaming Clock Campsite: A Blend of Camping and Pension Stay
The Dreaming Clock is a unique camping site located in Beolgok-myeon, Nonsan City, South Chungcheong Province. It’s a perfect blend of camping and pension rental, offering more than just an ordinary camping experience.
Getting There and What to Expect
The journey to the Dreaming Clock takes approximately 40 minutes from Nonsan City Hall, via Nonsan Daero and Hwangryongjae-ro. Upon nearing the campsite, expect a narrow countryside road bordered by rice fields on both sides. The path extends for about 500 meters before reaching the destination, thus it’s advisable for novice drivers to be cautious.
Camping Facilities and Amenities
The camping ground provides 25 general camping sites, each measuring 7 meters by 11 meters. The sites are covered with crushed stones and are surrounded by trees that provide a natural shade. Some sites even have shade nets installed, ensuring comfort during sunny days.
The campground is also accessible to personal trailers and caravans, with usage fees being the same as those for the general campsite. In addition, the Dreaming Clock operates a pension and offers a swimming pool and a flat-top grill for an additional fee.

From the Dreaming Clock campsite, you can easily access nearby attractions such as Tapjeong Lake and Daedunsan National Park. The vicinity of Beolgok Stream houses a variety of restaurants, giving you a chance to sample delicious local cuisine. Summer water play is also a popular activity in this area.
