Onjehyangga Restaurant: Crafted with Love, Smiling in Aroma

Welcome to Onjehyangga (온제향가)

Allow me to introduce you to an exceptional culinary treasure hidden in the heart of Korea – Onjehyangga. The name, 온제향가, stands for ‘the house that shines with clear and fragrant traditional alcohol.’

Location

Onjehyangga (온제향가) is located at 64-13, Archishil-gil, Naebuk-myeon, Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do (충북 보은군 내북면 아치실길 64-13). Tucked away in the lush countryside, this place is a gastronomic haven that offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Cuisine and Atmosphere

The restaurant’s delightful dishes, such as traditional alcohol brewed with local specialty jujubes and rice wrapped in lotus leaves, fill the country road with their intoxicating aroma. The ingredients are sourced from the fields cultivated by the three siblings who run the establishment and from the healthy produce gleaned from the mountains and fields around. This ensures that every bite you take is a symphony of natural, refreshing flavors that will delight both your eyes and palate.

Reservations and Opening Hours

Please note that Onjehyangga (온제향가) operates on a reservation-only basis, serving lunch from 11:30 to 14:00. The restaurant is closed every Monday and Tuesday, and also during the months of January and February. You can make reservations by calling 043-543-1954.

Motto

The restaurant lives by the motto, ‘Shine with diligence, smile with fragrance’ (마은으로 빛다, 향기로 웃다). This dedication to quality and vitality can be tasted in each and every dish served at Onjehyangga.
